At VitaFior, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched.

🇮🇪 Ireland: 7-10 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

Please note: Customs clearance and courier delays during peak periods may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.


Order Changes & Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause delays or cancellation.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will email you within 3 business days for confirmation. If no response is received, we may cancel your order.

If you notice an error, please email us at contact@vitafior.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we do everything possible to ship quickly, there may occasionally be delays outside of our control, such as:

  • Courier delays or disruptions

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Customs processing times

  • Payment verification or product availability issues

If we anticipate any delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that VitaFior cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is out of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@vitafior.com and we will assist you.

We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they may require additional details from you. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to help follow up.

Please note:

  • VitaFior is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases are outside our refund policy.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement as a courtesy.

  • In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package. If not, you may be advised to file a police report.
