At VitaFior, we are committed to providing products that bring you natural relief from pain and discomfort. We believe in the effectiveness of our red light therapy products, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days, and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at contact@vitafior.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident that VitaFior™ products work, and we encourage you to try them consistently for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unhappy, you may return your items anytime after 14 days and within 60 days of purchase.

Damaged Items
We take care to package all orders securely. An item is considered damaged only if the product itself is defective or broken. Packaging damage (such as a dented box) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email contact@vitafior.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, VitaFior cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not notify us of an incorrect address within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
